And even if someone you love has offered to coordinate your wedding day, wouldn’t rather have them be fully present on the wedding day and able to enjoy it with you?

Wedding management
The Buttercup Celebrations wedding management experience will give you a step-by-step process to book your wedding pros. This process, and the questions you’ll want to ask each type of wedding pro, are all contained in our online client management portal, which is based in Google Drive. You’ll have access to this throughout your wedding planning process.
We’ll step back into the picture about 60 days out from your wedding date to fill in any blanks that remain. From that time until the wedding, we’ll make sure that everything flows exactly as you envisioned.
You’ll have a central checklist for everything wedding-related in our proprietary Client Interface, which is housed in Google Drive. This way, you can complete questionnaires, upload documents like your contracts and other materials, etc. at 2 pm or 2 am - whatever works best for you.

On your wedding day, we’ll set up your personal items, ensure all of your vendors have what they need, and have an emergency kit at the ready should any small mishaps occur.

As a Buttercup Celebrations wedding management client, the two of you will have the luxury of relaxing as the big day draws closer. You’ll be able to anticipate and fully experience the end of your engagement as well as your wedding day without the stress experienced by most couples.
Your investment: 1,800
A 25% retainer is due at the time of booking. The remaining balance is broken up into monthly payments ending at least 30 days prior to your wedding date.

How does your payment plan work?
You will need to put 25% (450) of our fee down when you sign the contract. The remaining 75% is divided into monthly payments ending at least 30 days prior to your wedding day.
How do we pay?
You may pay with a credit or debit card or an ACH transfer from your bank.
How often will we meet?
We'll have a meeting soon after booking, one three months out, and one 6 weeks out. All but the last of these can be over Zoom if needed.
We’re both very busy at work. Are you able to meet with us outside of daytime hours?
Yes! We offer evening hours 3 evenings a week as well as weekend hours by appointment, as long as we don’t have a wedding that weekend.
How many hours of coverage do you offer on the wedding day?
They’re essentially unlimited. We will arrive when hair and makeup starts and stay until cleanup is over after the reception. We’re always the last to leave.
What if we don’t know our exact wedding date yet? Do we need to wait to book you?
Not at all! Many couples don’t have this information when they book. After all, if you don’t have a venue booked, you really don’t have a defined wedding date. We can sign the contract with the date TBD, and the remaining balance can be broken down into monthly payments after your venue is chosen.
Are you insured to work at our venue?
Yes! Buttercup Celebrations carries $1 million in general liability insurance, which covers us to work in any venue.
Do you have a minimum budget that you work with?
No.
